We are looking for laborers to fulfill multiple opportunities on our Support Team. No experience is required; however, if you have rental, tent and set-up experience, that is a plus. The Field Support Associate works various days and hours, a schedule to meet everyone's needs. Overtime is often during the season. Great room for advancement for the right candidate who wants to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and load tent and related equipment with warehouse support
- Assemble various tents per manufacturer, company, safety policy and procedures.
- Layout all components per specification and CAD diagram.
- Pull necessary equipment for job.
- Check equipment off list as it is loaded and load equipment on truck in proper order.
- Inspect all Pride Group assets.
- Repair minor tears, etc. on-site or tag for repair.
- Greet and assist customers with loading and unloading of rental equipment.
- Work with warehouse support to be sure truck is unloaded properly and that everything is returned to inventory.
- Fill in for other positions, when necessary, for smooth operation of the business.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form.
- If applicable, install all other rented accessories per layout.

CRITICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. multiple time throughout the day
- Must be able to constantly kneel and bend over throughout the shift
- Must have basic written and oral skills
- Must have basic mathematic skills
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must have clean 39 month MVR
- Must be able to work weekends
